* WEEKLY REAL DIET PLAN #1 (Monday)

BREAKFAST

8:00 am

A cup of coffee
One small bowl with your unsweeted favorite cereal with soy or almomd milk
One cup of fruit










Drink water

SNACK
11:30 am

Drink a small moothie of your favorite fruits















LUNCH

1:30 or 2:00 p.m.

A sandwich with one slice wheat bread, avocado, cilantro leaves, tomato and cucumber, or one slice wheat bread with a boiled egg whith lectter and tomato









SNACK

4:00 pm

Fruits












DINNER

6:00 pm

Baked chicken bread with a bowl of salad ( cucumber , baby spinach and tomato) with a light salad dressing












LATE SNACK

8:00 to 8:30 pm

Spicy popcorn



Drink water with every meal and in between meals
