Diet in Control
When the holidays are
over, I always find myself serching for the jeans as my body deal with
the effect of those succulent food. Then i feel guilty when i remember eggplant pastelon,
yellow plantain pastelon, rice with gandules, pernil, lasagna and the
big glass of coquito. Unfortunately, there,s no way to un-eat what I
ate, but I'm going to get back in control with some delicious vegetables and fruits juice for breakfast and lunch and protein for dinner.
Here are some the recipes that I'm going to share with you
Carrot, cucumber, celery and apple juice
4 carrots
1 apple
1 celery stick
¼ a cucumber
½ a lemon
Wash the ingredients. Cut the ends off the carrots and celery and core the apple. Cut all the ingredients into smaller pieces and juice. Mix well and serve chilled.
Pudding
PUDDING
INGREDIENTS:
• 1 bag of instant vanilla pudding
• 4 cups of milk
• sugar as desired
• strawberries
• chocolate sauce
• 4 cups of milk
• sugar as desired
• strawberries
• chocolate sauce
Directions: With an electric mixer or a whisk, beat together 2/3 cup pudding mix with 2 cups of cold milk. Just blend with milk for a rich and creamy vanilla pudding. pour it in a mold Chill and decorate with strawberry and chocolate sauce.
